The Gananoque and District Humane Society needs people with big hearts to help care for all the abandoned animals.
Volunteer opportunities include cleaning cages, feeding the animals and helping to socialize them, as well as non-shelter activities such as helping with fundraising, driving the animals to vet appointments, fostering (both cats and dogs), etc.
If you have some time to spare, please contact the shetler at 613-382-1182. We -- and the animals -- appreciate it.
