July 10-08-Brought in to shelter as stray found on island. His coat is matted and dirty so he isn't feeling that great yet Approximate age dob 2000 Jasper had to have been someones pet at some point because had has been already neutered and he is declawed. He is starting to warm up to staff and will allow us to pet him.
